Tiny tush is a birth to potty pocket nappy, adjusting at the front via 3 layers of snaps, they come with 2 microfibre inserts that can be used either individually or together.

I find that the tiny tush nappy is higher in the rise then other pocket nappies I use, I really like ours, I haven't had any leaks and the fleece acts as a effective stay dry liner.

Diaper pin reveiw site gives the tiny tush elite a average score 4.71 out of 5

Product Review - Tiny Tush Pocket Nappy

So far the tiny tush has been very successful - the fleece liner stays dry to the touch after an 8 hour+ stint (overnight) and we've had no leakages, even with explosive poos! Our daughter was 8 weeks old when we first started using the nappies and we are still using them on the smallest setting (now nearly 10lb), so they may be a little large on newborns or smaller babies. The pastel colours are lovely and, apart from the pink which I had to have, they are unisex. The microfibre inserts are included and come in small/large to use with the appropriate settings; they are easy to insert and remove and are very absorbant (I've only used the small one so far but like the idea that they could be used together for a heavy wetter/long journey etc.) For us, the tiny tush is proving to be a comfortable, cost efficient and more eco-friendly alternative to disposable nappies by Sam.

We bought these nappies as a alternative to our other pocket nappies as they are more genourous in size especially in the rise, we also liked the fact that they came in a snap version when our toddler started to undo velcro, they are absorbant and quick drying by Gerri.
