Payments
I am able to accept payment by the following ways:-
World pay
This is a secure way of making payments with a debit/credit card, you will get a email receipt and confirmation from world pay
Paypal
This is a secure way of making payments which is a high priority when purchasing on the internet, it gives you the option of paying with a debit/credit card. This method is ideal for people with paypal funds
Direct bank transfer
This can either be done from your internet bank account or at your local bank.
Cheques
To be made payable to Emma king please note the cheque will have to clear before I am able to dispatch the order.
Postal order
If you are paying by the above 3 methods please email me or phone me your order so that I can put the stock by for you, if I do not receive payment within 3 days the stock will go back onto the website.
Local/Demos
For locals and at nappincinos/demos where the stock is available payments are cash,
Any special orders are subject to a £1 deposit per item eg per nappy, wrap, pack of wipes etc, this will be refunded to you if I am unable to get the item.
All orders to be delivered can be paid for by cash/postal order on delivery, paypal, direct bank transfer or a cleared cheque before delivery.
Customers rights
The shopper has the right to cancel within seven days of their order, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer)
If the shopper does cancel their order, they will have their payment returned

Returns
Basic returns policy
If an item is not suitable the customer can return the item within fourteen days of it being recieved, they are responsible for paying the return postage
If the price of the returned item then brings the value of the original order to below the free shipping total then a postage fee will be taken off the refund
eg If the original UK order was £36 and the returned item is worth £15 this then makes the original order £21 so a £1.50 postage fee would then apply and will be taken off the refund.
If a non uk order is returned as it isn't suitable the purchase price will be refunded minus the shipping costs I paid to send the items
Faulty items
Most products have a warrenty, if your item is faulty please email me and if possible include a photo, I will then contact the manufacture or distributer as soon as possible forwarding on your complaint
If replacements are given they will be sent by me or the manufacturer/ distributer (if you gave me permission to pass on your name and address to them)
If the item has to be returned to FMP any postage incurred will be refunded by me
