Real Nappies for London

If you have a RNfL voucher you can use it to purchase nappies on this site.
The voucher can only be used towards nappies, wraps, nappi nippas and liners, it cannot be used towards swim nappies, training pants, nappy buckets, wetbags,meshes, or nappy cleansers.
If your order is less then the value of the voucher then no change will be given and is the order is for more then the voucher then a additional payment must be made either by paypal, cheque or postal order.
Orders will not be despatched until i have received your voucher along with proof of ID, and additional payment if needed this includes cheques clearing.
I can only send your nappies to the address stated on the voucher and the voucher has to be redeemed within 6 months of issue.

How to order, (please do not order until you have got your voucher)

1-Please order your nappies as usual on the website.

2-on the shopping cart/view basket page please say that you have a RNfL voucher to redeem along with its value in the comments box

3-click go to payments and fill in your details then click continue

4-on the next page please select the cash on delivery option this ensures that I receive confirmation of your order (please note you will not be able to pay cash on delivery)

5-please wait for me to email you details of any outstanding balance and my address for you to send your voucher and proof of Id eg a driving licence or utility bill together with additional payment if paying by cheque or postal order, alternatively I can send you a paypal invoice if that is how you prefer to pay

6-post me your voucher/ID/payment as soon as possible

7-enjoy your new nappies
