These nappies also go on in one piece like an all in one, but have the added benefit of being to buy extra inserts meaning that the nappy outer can be used more then once as a replacement insert can be put into the outer if the nappy is just wet, inserts are made from microfibre, bamboo or organic cotton, grovia and flip also have disposable inserts ideal for trips away, all one size except the itti bitti
