Lil joeys fit from 4lb-12lb in weight approx birth including premmie to 3 months,
It is a All in one nappy with a sewn in soaker made from 4 layer microfiber Inner gussets - of course!

*Rump•a•rooz® One Size Diapers will fit a newborn baby weighing 6lbs or more.

I bought these nappies a couple of months ago and I have finally got around to using them, they fit my 7lb newborn, with room to spare, at first I thought they will be to small but they are deceiving, I am now going to order more in pink,
