UK Postage
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours and try our hardest to provide same day dispatch for orders placed before 12 noon; however this is not something we can guarantee. Please allow up to 3 week for your order to be delivered.
If you have a small order that will be arriving with your postman and would like it to arrive on a certain day, please let us know and we will try and dispatch it so that it will arrive on the day you want it.
All UK orders over £35 after any discounts will be dispatched free. Orders under £35 will be charged at the flat rate of £1.50, first class postage is also available for £2.50 on any sized order.
Due to price increases with the Royal Mail and the decrease in insurance, orders that will not fit as a small parcel will now be delivered with Interlink. If you order is urgent however and the Interlink deliveries have already been dispatched for that day (usually at 2pm) we can post your order with the Royal Mail.
Postage to Europe
When posting to Europe our orders are worked out by weight, with the increase in Royal Mail prices and the decrease in insurance our postage costs have changed.
Orders weighing up to 500g are still posted with the Royal Mail's standard airmail at £4.75. If you would like to upgrade this to a courier please put a note in the comment box with your order.
Orders weighing over 500g will now be posted with a courier. With a courier your order can be tracked and will require a signature to confirm delivery and the delivery time will usually be quicker.

You may want to split your order into a few smaller orders to be sent on the Royal Mail price if it will work our cheaper for you. If you country isn't on the lists please contact us with your order details at emma@funkymonkeypants.com or on the Contact Us page. We will respond to your email quickly, even on weekends and will work out a postage cost for you.
