Payments

I am able to accept payment by the following ways:-

Paypal 

This a secure way of making payments which is a high priority when purchasing on the internet, it gives you the option of paying with a debit/credit card as the payment is encrypted I don't see any card details just your email address and payment made. This method is ideal for people with paypal funds. Where payment is by paypal e-cheque is has to clear before I post items. 

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

Money order 

This is a bank transfer into my business bank account

Cheque

Cheques have to clear before I post items. 

 

Local/Demos

For locals and at nappincinos/demos where the stock is available payments are cash,
All orders to be delivered can be paid for by cash/postal order on delivery, paypal before delivery.

 

Customers rights

The shopper has the right to cancel within seven days of their order, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer)
If the shopper does cancel their order, they will have their payment returned including postage paid if the complete order is returned.

Returns

Basic returns policy

If an item is not suitable the customer can return the item within fourteen days of it being received, they are responsible for paying the return postage. The items has to be unused and in original packaging if items are returned that have been used the item will be returned to you

Faulty items

Most products have a warranty, if your item is faulty please email me and if possible include a photo, I will then contact the manufacture or distributor as soon as possible forwarding on your complaint
If replacements are given they will be sent by me or the manufacturer/ distributor (if you gave me permission to pass on your name and address to them)
If the item has to be returned to FMP any postage incurred will be refunded by me
When items are returned please allow 28 days for your refund

Incorrect item or missing item

If your order arrives and you feel it is missing an item or an incorrect item has been received please let me know within 48 hours of receiving the item, 

Pricing

The prices on the website include VAT where appropiate, in Great British pounds £'s
Incorrect pricing, where a price or cloth coins redemption has been incorrectly charged this would be a error and we are not legally obligued to sell the item for that price, we will email you and explain and you have the choice to pay the extra or cancel the item. 
If we overcharge you we will of course refund the difference.

 

Privacy

I will need your name, address and email address when you order together with an optional telephone number, in case I need to contact you. I will not pass any information about you to any third parties. Information regarding orders eg invoices will be kept in a locked safety box.
